Each Additional Appliance – $49

If you Approve your repair estimate
within 14 days of the diagnosis,
your $125 Diagnostic fee will be
credited toward the repair.

You pay only the remaining repair balance,
including applicable parts, labor,
tax, shipping & handling.

SERVICES & RATES

Never Pay for Slow Service!

With hourly or quarter-hour billing, the longer a repair takes, the more you could pay. At Deep South Appliance Service, we do things differently.

Our flat-rate repair pricing means you receive a firm estimate before any work begins. No watching the clock, no unexpected labor charges—just straightforward pricing so you know exactly what to expect.

Need a little time to decide?

No Problem!
After your Diagnosis and Repair Estimate are provided, you have 14 days to approve the repair.

If you move forward within that time, your $125 service fee will be applied to the repair cost.

Flat-Rate Repair Labor:
$159.00, $189.00 OR $219.00 depending on repair complexity.

Plus the Cost of Parts and Supplies (parts and supplies vary depending on depth of failure or problem).

Disposal installation Starts at $319+Tax if we provide the disposal, $159.00 if you supply.

We do Install/Hook Up Appliances that are in place or very close to the installation area Starting at $159.

Sorry, We Do Not Install Dishwashers, Over-The-Range Microwaves, Built-in Ovens or Stack Dryers on Washers.

We Diagnose Cooling and
Sealed-System Problems

PLEASE NOTE: Deep South Appliance can Diagnose the Issues. However, We Do Not Replace Compressors or
Perform Sealed-System Repairs.

If our diagnosis indicates a compressor or sealed-system failure, we recommend contacting the manufacturer or an authorized
sealed-system service provider.
